1. Overview
To provide our SaaS platform, AI Website Builder, and Marketplace services, NowMeLive engages certain third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to process personal data on our behalf. We ensure that all Subprocessors meet strict security and data protection standards required by the DPDP Act, 2023.
2. Current Subprocessors

3. Subprocessor Updates
As our business grows, we may change or add new Subprocessors. We will update this page 14 days prior to authorizing any new Subprocessor to process Merchant data. Merchants may object to the addition of a new Subprocessor by terminating their DPA and subscription.
