Our entire data architecture has been designed around the core principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We offer out-of-the-box tools for Merchants to collect verifiable consent, manage data principal rights (Access, Correction, Erasure), and enforce strict data retention schedules.

verifiedInformation Technology Act, 2000

We adhere to the reasonable security practices and procedures mandated by the IT Rules, 2011. Our incident response protocols are strictly aligned with the CERT-In directives, ensuring severe incidents are reported within the mandated 6-hour window.

verifiedFinancial & Tax Compliance

For our Marketplace operations, we comply with RBI guidelines for payment aggregators and nodal accounts. Our billing systems automatically handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act, and Tax Collected at Source (TCS) under GST laws for e-commerce operators.
