Under the DPDP Act, NowMeLive acts as a Data Fiduciary concerning the personal data of our direct platform users (Merchants and Visitors), and as a Data Processor when processing data on behalf of our Merchants' customers.

• Identity Data: Name, username, business name.
• Contact Data: Email address, phone number (+91 9048070151), billing/shipping address.
• Financial Data: Bank account details, UPI ID, payment tokens (processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways).
• Compliance Data: PAN, GSTIN, Aadhaar (masked) for KYC/KYB compliance as mandated by Indian law.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, cookies, and usage data.

3. Purpose of Processing (Notice)

We process your data strictly for the following lawful purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the NowMeLive SaaS platform and AI Website Builder.
• To facilitate e-commerce and marketplace transactions.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., GST, TDS, RBI guidelines for payment aggregators).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon account deletion or expiry of the retention period, your data is securely erased or irreversibly anonymized within our 14-day grace period.

Your data is primarily stored and processed in secure data centers located within India. Any cross-border transfer of data will strictly comply with the frameworks and restrictions prescribed by the Government of India under the DPDP Act.
