In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, NowMeLive is committed to giving you complete control over your personal data. Whether you are a direct Merchant or a Marketplace Customer, you are guaranteed the following rights.

2. Right to Information & Access

You have the right to obtain a clear, concise summary of the personal data we process about you. You can export this data in a machine-readable format at any time using the "Export My Data" tool located in your Privacy Dashboard.

3. Right to Correction

If any of the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, you have the right to request immediate correction or updating via your account settings.

4. Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. Upon initiating a deletion request, your data enters a 14-day grace period, after which it is scrubbed from our active databases and caches. Note that financial transaction records may be retained longer solely to comply with Indian taxation and corporate laws.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent for non-essential data processing (such as marketing and analytics) at any time through your Cookie Preferences or Privacy Dashboard. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing performed prior to the withdrawal.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please use the automated tools in your Privacy Dashboard. If you require manual assistance, you can submit a formal Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) to our Grievance Officer at contact@nowme.live.
