1. Ownership of Content
Merchant Content: As a Merchant using NowMeLive, you retain all intellectual property rights to the content, images, designs, and text you upload to your store. You grant NowMeLive a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of operating your website and the Marketplace.
NowMeLive Content: All underlying software, AI models, UI frameworks, themes provided by us, and our branding are the exclusive intellectual property of NowMeLive.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
NowMeLive complies with the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2021 regarding copyright infringement. If you believe a Merchant on our platform is infringing your copyright or trademark, please submit a formal takedown request to our Grievance Officer at contact@nowme.live.
Your request must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its exact URL on NowMeLive.
- Your contact information (email, phone number, and address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
NowMeLive maintains a strict "Three-Strike" policy. Merchants who are found to repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others will have their accounts permanently terminated, and their store data will be deleted.
