1. Appointment of Grievance Officer
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2021, NowMeLive has appointed a dedicated Grievance Officer / Data Protection Officer (DPO) to address user concerns regarding data privacy, security, and platform misuse.

3. Resolution Process and SLAs
Upon receiving a formal grievance or privacy request, the Grievance Officer will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours.
- Investigate the issue in collaboration with our security and engineering teams.
- Provide a resolution or detailed response within 15 days of receipt, as mandated by Indian IT Rules.
- For Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) or deletion requests under the DPDP Act, processing will be completed within a maximum of 30 days.
