1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") dictates the permitted and prohibited uses of the NowMeLive SaaS platform, AI Website Builder, and Marketplace. By using our platform, you agree to adhere strictly to this policy.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use NowMeLive to host, sell, or distribute any of the following:
- Illegal Content: Any content or physical goods that violate the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Counterfeit Goods: Unauthorized replicas, knock-offs, or counterfeit items.
- Adult Content: Pornography, explicit sexual content, or highly suggestive material.
- Hate Speech & Violence: Content that incites violence, terrorism, or discrimination against any protected group.
- Malware & Phishing: Any software designed to harm, extract unauthorized data, or deceive users (e.g., viruses, trojans, phishing pages).
- Regulated Goods: Firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, prescription medications without proper licensing, and tobacco products.
3. Fair Usage of Infrastructure
NowMeLive provides robust infrastructure for your e-commerce operations. However, you may not:
- Engage in abusive API usage, rate-limit bypassing, or aggressive scraping of NowMeLive systems.
- Use the platform to launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
- Attempt to bypass or exploit our billing systems.
4. Enforcement and Suspension
NowMeLive reserves the right to actively monitor platform usage. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Remove the prohibited content.
- Suspend or terminate your Merchant account immediately without refund.
- Report illegal activities to Indian law enforcement authorities (e.g., CERT-In, Cyber Crime Cell).
